This is the inaugural year of the SING! Canadian A Cappella Championships. The 10 featured groups have been accepted into the finals through a preliminary round of judge scoring via video submissions.
Winners will be decided by a panel of judges, including special guest judge Deke Sharon, the producer of the Pitch Perfect movies, Sing Off NBC-TV series, and contemporary a cappella’s most prolific arranger! The audience members will also be able to vote for winner of an "Audience Favourite" prize.

There are few places in the world to study music arranging, and even fewer that offer any instruction on arranging a cappella. This seminar will offer ideas and discussion topics to further develop the skills of intermediate and advanced a cappella arrangers, as well as Q & A. Lead by Dylan Bell and Deke Sharon, authors of A Cappella Arranging and A Cappella Arranging 2.0: The Next Level. All levels of musicians and arrangers are welcome.

The Great North Battle returns May 31st to June 1st, 2025 presented by Beatbox Canada. A two day event featuring a top 16 solo beatbox battle, top 8 loopstation battle, top 4 tag team battle plus special performances, workshops and showcases.
Winner of the Solo battle will receive a qualifying spot at the Grand Beatbox Battle 2025 hosted by Swiss Beatbox in Japan.

Toronto's own SoundCrowd, the groundbreaking large-scale a cappella ensemble, joins forces with Deke Sharon, the legendary "Father of Contemporary A Cappella" and Pitch Perfect music director/producer, for a concert that celebrates the joy of making harmony through harmony. Featuring amazing vocal arrangements, killer performances and entertaining anecdotes, this is a show you don't want to miss. This night will also feature a special opening act: the winner of the inaugural SING! Canadian A Cappella Championships!

Dive into The Kinsey Sicks’ signature four-part sound and explore how the group showcases the full dynamic range of their (bass/baritone/tenor/countertenor) voices to bring Dragapella to life. Known for original tunes and parodies of beloved song from pop, doo-wop, jazz, classical, musical theater, and even video games, the Kinseys explore how Dragapella employs instrumentation, voicing, and texture – oh… and did we make it clear they perform in drag?! – to craft engaging arrangements that deliver their one-of-a-kind musical to experience.

Experience a night of music and comedy with America's Favorite Dragapella® Beautyshop Quartet The Kinsey Sicks' as they perform their new show “Deep inside Tonight!”, featuring a cappella harmonies, sharp satire, and fabulous drag. Opening the show is On That Note, a competitive a cappella group from Toronto Metropolitan University, known for their unique sound and award-winning performances. Special guest Steven Page (Formerly of Barenaked Ladies) will also be presented with the Slaight Music SING! Legacy Award. Don’t miss it! Hosted by Gavin Hope.
